The protection of a tenants’ deposit is now a mandatory procedure. Whittle Estates is a member of the Deposit Protection Service.
We also ensure that all of our Let Only landlords are also members of a recognised scheme. Deposits will be lodged within 14 days and tenants will receive notification that their deposit has been protected.

Property Agents, by law, are required to join a government authorised consumer redress scheme. Whittle Estates are a member of the Property Redress Scheme.
